- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.

Return Shipping

- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.
Refunds
- After we receive and inspect your returned items, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
Exchanges
- Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
